David Moyes has received a welcome boost ahead of our clash with Liverpool tonight, with a key defender returning from illness to start.

Kurt Zouma has been unable to feature recently due to illness, which due to Covid concerns had meant the defender isolating.

However, ExWHUEmployee confirmed earlier that the defender has now recovered and is back in the team to give manager Moyes a lift ahead of a tough trip to Anfield.

West Ham have had to manage a somewhat defensive injury crisis over the last week, with Craig Dawson still unavailable. Angelo Ogbonna is on the bench as he continues to recover from a long term injury.

The return of Zouma will be a relief to all connected with the club, as we face a resurgent Liverpool side following their big win over champions Manchester City at the weekend.

West Ham will go into this with confidence too though, having chalked up 6 wins and a draw in our last 8 matches in all competitions.
