West Ham manager David Moyes is under huge pressure to remain at the helm following another defeat in the Premier League, with ExWHUEmployee providing an update.

Our Hammers fell to a 1-0 loss away to Wolves in what was a hugely important fixture and one West Ham could not afford to lose, however the showing was again toothless and lacked any clear game plan.

Frustration towards the Irons boss Moyes is now at boiling point, with the travelling fans voicing their anger towards the Scot after yet more questionable decisions, particularly in regards to team selection – where they were again called into question which has created a real fear that West Ham are now in a full scale relegation battle until the end of this campaign.

It has been reported by Ex previously on Patreon that the club were still firmly behind the manager and that he would be the man they would appoint to get us out of the current situation if he was available. However, if that stance now stands remains to be seen.

There have been widespread rumours that a board meeting had been called to discuss the managers position, however our man-in-the-know has stated that at this stage this doesn’t appear to be accurate.

“Rumours that a board meeting took place have been described as ‘news to me’ by a well placed source that I messaged earlier,” Ex reported following the damaging defeat. “I have also messaged a couple of the playing staff who are also unaware of anything.

“Of course a meeting could happen on Sunday but so far there appears to be no plans. It is expected that the Everton game will still see David Moyes in charge despite another poor performance at Wolves. If we hear anything different we will let you know.”

Ex will be keeping fans up to date on the situation on Patreon first & foremost as always.
