The availability of the 2 managers has prompted much speculation amongst all connected with West Ham that the club could look to take advantage after a poor domestic campaign under David Moyes, with many calling for a change.

ExWHUEmployee has since spoken to sources within the club regarding any potential interest with our famed ITK revealing admiration for one although the consensus remains in regards to making a change.

This has also subsequently been reported by Claret & Hugh who advised on similar results from their sources within the club.

“The opinion seems to be positive on Brendan Rodgers who was described as a decent manager,” stated Ex on The West Ham Way Patreon.

“The feedback was not so good on Potter with the top source within the club stating the general feeling is he was massively helped with his recruitment at Brighton by his backroom staff and that his time at there may have given people an inaccurate perception of the manager.

“It was also stated however that there is no evidence that they would do better than David Moyes-and for now they continue to back the manager.”
