The West Ham Way are deeply saddened to hear that one of our fans have tragically died following our match against KAA Gent last night.

Reports indicate that the supporter, aged 57,  was hit by a train having left The Ghelamco Arena following our 1-1 draw in the Europa Conference League Quarter final first leg in Belgium.

Investigators have described the situation as an ‘accident’ with the sad news confirmed at 3am this morning.

Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the supporter at this terribly sad time.
