West Ham midfielder Lucas Paqueta has outlined his desire to see West Ham advance to the Europa Conference League Final with our Semi-Final set to conclude tomorrow night.

Our Hammers head to the Netherlands to face AZ Alkmaar leading 2-1 from the 1st leg, knowing that it is set to be tough encounter with the Dutch side likely to up the ante with just 90 minutes of football left before the final stage in Prague.

David Moyes will be hoping his star players can produce the levels they are capable, with Paqueta in particular a player in exceptional form of late, and the Brazilian has made clear his intentions to make history for West Ham United.

“We’ll do everything to win this semi-final,” stated the Brazilian international to the clubs Official Website. “It’s our chance to get a trophy and make history for the Club.”

Our club record signing from Lyon last summer has grown and adapted well to life in East London, with the playmaker looking more at home each game he plays and he has admitted he is now settling well at West Ham.

“I’m happy,” exclaimed our Irons number 11. “I feel more and more adapted to the team, I understand the players on the field. I think it’s important to have this rapport and understanding the other players, and your teammates.”

All eyes are now on tomorrow night with the build-up now very much on, with all connected with the club hoping this is the year we end our 43 year wait for a major trophy.
