Following West Ham’s success in Europe, Pablo Fornals finished his busy week by tying the knot with his fiancé in Spain on Friday.

From Prague on Wednesday for the final, back to London on Thursday for the winners parade and finally on to his hometown for his wedding, it’s safe to say that Fornals may consider this one of the most special weeks of his life.

The Spanish midfielder secured West Ham’s place in the Europa Conference League final with his last minute goal against AZ Alkmaar in the second leg of the semi final.   Coming on as a substitute, he was then able to celebrate with his team mates at full time after their 2-1 win against Fiorentina, which saw the East London club win their first European trophy since 1965.

The team then traveled back to London on Thursday to celebrate with fans as they held a trophy parade that evening. Around 70,000 fans lined the streets of East London to congratulate the team on their historic victory.

For Pablo, the celebrations were not over yet as he headed to Spain for his wedding.  Pablo & Fiancée Tania Lara who have one child together were able to celebrate their happy moment just 48 hours after West Ham’s success.  Angelo Ogbonna, Aaron Cresswell and Mark Noble were among those in attendance for the couples special evening.

Following the celebrations in Prague, Fornals took to instagram as he made a promise to his now wife that he would be there for the wedding.

“Best week of my life for sure,” Pablo Fornals posted, followed by emojis of a heart, hammer and a football. “No worries my love, I’ll be there,” with an emoji of a ring and a heart.

Mark Noble also spoke to BT Sport right after West Ham’s win as he gave an inside into the upcoming events.

“We’ve got Pablo Fornals’ wedding on Friday so there’s not going to be much sleep in the next 2 days,” Noble added.
