West Ham are close to securing the signing of Konstantinos Mavropanos, it’s has been reported by ExWHUEmployee.

Despite various reports in the media suspecting the deal has collapsed due to a failed medical, Ex has confirmed that the club believe the deal will be concluded successfully.

“There have been reports that Mavropanos has failed his medical at the club,” stated Ex on The West Ham Way Patreon.

“We did report that the player was carrying a back injury and this could affect the medical despite the actual injury being described as minor.

“We have since checked with the club directly however, whether this was true or not and the word we got back from a very good source (who would know) was that the final details of the deal were still being negotiated and at the moment the deal is still on, it is the finer details that need sorting not to do with the medical.

“The club have since said they believe the deal for Mavropanos will still go ahead as planned and should be completed within the next day.”

It is now expected that the deal will be concluded, with Ex providing fans updates on the situation as it progresses on Patreon.
