West Ham have introduced an upgrade to the ticket purchasing system online which enables fans to view and purchase tickets easier.
The new software, which has been released for the new campaign, is a huge step forward from the previous system, which many found frustrating when trying to purchase match day tickets for home games.
The previous setup was a flat image which was difficult to navigate, especially when trying to zoom in to select seats, and much the same was felt when then getting a preview of the view from that particular seat.
However the new system is a significant upgrade, which presents a 3D image of the stadium which fans can now navigate with ease, zooming in and out and being provided with a far more accurate view from that seat just by hovering over the seat selected.
Having tested the new system, The West Ham Way feel this is a much improved setup for fans and we commend the club for making the necessary changes.
Our Podcast co-host and club insider ExWHUEmployee has praised the club for the move, stating that this should now eliminate much frustration that was felt with the previous system.
“It’s really good that West Ham have moved with the times and upgraded the ticketing system,” stated Ex. “I have spent many frustrating hours trying to navigate the old system which was a nightmare on your phone, this system is much more efficient and adds a new level of professionalism and is a good move by the club.”
