David Moyes has been urged to utilise the quality at his disposal as West Ham face bottom of the table Burnley today.

The West Ham Way Podcast duo Dave Walker and ExWHUEmployee have given their thoughts prior to the return of Premier League action this afternoon, with our Irons looking to build on the win over Nottingham Forest prior to the international break.

Ex in particular feels that the quality West Ham possess is more than enough to earn the 3 points at Turf Moor today – with or without Jarrod Bowen who had to withdraw from the England squad after fluid on the knee.

“Today is a game we really should be looking to win regardless of whether Bowen plays or doesn’t,” stated our club insider. “Our squad is much stronger and they haven’t picked up a single point at home, that said we have been down this path with West Ham before and we all know what happens.

“Hopefully, this is the time for Moyes to put these records right!”

Walker believes that Moyes needs to let the quality in his side off the leash this afternoon, and feels the difference in the sides on paper should mean we have too much for them.

“Burnley haven’t picked up a single point at home this season and if there’s one club that typically changes a stat like that it’s West Ham,” added Walker.

“I know we have some injuries but I still expect us to leave with something today. We have too much quality for them, I just hope Moyes exploits that in the way he plays.”
