West Ham are set for a huge summer overhaul with Tim Steidten leading the recruitment process, it has been reported by ExWHUEmployee.
Following the confirmed departure of David Moyes after our final game of the season today, it’s been widely anticipated that the club would put into place a significant period of change in east London.
The club are to confirm the appointment of Julen Lopetegui soon, with an announcement held off until our Hammers conclude the current season where we have secured a 9th place finish.
West Ham though still have a big part to play in the final day of the season, with rivals Arsenal hoping for a favour as we take on Manchester City at the Etihad, who need a win to secure a 4th consecutive title.
Although the summer transfer window hasn’t arrived yet, the club have been busy and are set for a complete overhaul, with our club insider Ex reporting that Tim Steidten is leading the period of change in east London.
“Steidten is convinced by the new Head Coach appointment, the setup and will be in control,” stated the Podcast co-host.
“Lopetegui is also willing to work with Steidten in the new setup and will take what is put forward by the Technical Director and his recruitment team.
“We understand that Steidten is looking forward to completely revolutionise the clubs process of recruiting players, with a modern data driven approach adopted.
“There will also be a focus on the clubs Academy, with the new Head Coach excited by the talent within the club at his disposal.”
