Former West Ham player and assistant boss Julian Dicks has accepted a new role back into management.

The east London fan favourite has take over as manager of Heybridge Swifts, The West Ham Way can confirm – taking over from Steve Tilson, who left his role at the post 3 days ago.

Swifts are currently members of the Isthmian League North Division, and Dicks will be taking over ahead of their summer and preseason for the season ahead.

It will be a return to the club for the former left-back having had stints at the club in 2018 and 2021.
