Reiss Nelson has made it clear to Arsenal that he wants to move to West Ham this summer, it has been reported by ExWHUEmployee.

As has been reported previously by our club insider, the Arsenal winger has been identified as a target for our Hammers this transfer window, as we look to continue our rebuild under new Head Coach Julen Lopetegui.

Nelson, who has spent his career in North London with the Gunners, is now understood to be very keen on a move to the east end of the capital to get his career on track.

Our Podcast co-host and insider Ex has now reported that although no agreement has been made between both Arsenal and West Ham at this stage, Nelson is hopeful a deal can be struck in time for him to join our pre-season tour of the USA.

“We can now confirm that Reiss Nelson is keen on a move to West Ham and has made his intentions clear to Arsenal,” stated Ex on The West Ham Way Patreon.  “He believes at his age he needs to be playing more regularly and is worried that his career is stalling.

“It is thought that he wages are around £75k and this could fit within our budget. Crystal Palace are said to be in the market for him too as a replacement for Michael Olise.

“No fee has been agreed at his stage but the player is hopeful he could move to West Ham before our tour to the USA.”

Ex will be keeping fans up to date on the situation as it progresses on Patreon.
