West Ham have identified further targets this transfer window as the recruitment drive hots up, with ExWHUEmployee providing an update.

Our Podcast co-host and club insider has reported on The West Ham Way Patreon that the club are exploring further potential deals, as we look to secure the services of Crysencio Summerville, who is undertaking a medical ahead of his transfer from Leeds United.

“Julen Lopetegui has expressed his desire to sign Spanish international Carlos Soler from PSG,” stated Ex on The West Ham Way Patreon. “The manager knows him from the Spanish set ups and selected him in his World Cup squad for Spain and is said to be a big fan of his style.

“We can exclusively reveal that another central midfielder who Tim Steidten is a fan of is Wataru Endō who currently plays for Liverpool. The Japanese international is available for a transfer and used to play in Germany where Steidten was a big fan.

“The player is said to be available for a transfer and Liverpool apparently rejected an offer for the player from Marseille and are said to be looking for about €15m which would be within our budget for that position. It would also meant that Sullivan finally got his Asian player that he has been looking for, from a marketing prospective.

“The other targets are Richard Rios who we previously mentioned and we will continue talks with his club. The other targets although both are considered very unlikely at this stage for reasons we have explained previously are two French internationals Kante and Forfana.

“The club will focus on the midfield position when we hopefully conclude the deals for Summerville, Wan-Bissaka and Fullkrug.”

Ex will be keeping fans up to date on the progress of all transfer deals on Patreon.
