West Ham have been dealt a huge injury blow ahead of Ipswich this weekend, its been reported by ExWHUEmployee.
Our Hammers host Kieran McKenna’s side at the London Stadium this Saturday, knowing a win must be achieved to get our campaign on track after a slow start to proceedings in the Premier League.
If West Ham are to be seriously considered as a side set to challenge for the European spots this season, then a victory over newly promoted Ipswich at home is a must for Julen Lopetegui.
The Head Coach though has been dealt a blow, with the news that summer signing & German international striker Niclas Fullkrug will not recover from his ankle complaint in time to make the squad at this stage, its been reported by Ex.
“We can reveal that German forward Niclas Fullkrug is likely to be missing for the game against Ipswich,” stated Ex on The West Ham Way Patreon.
“His injury has taken longer than expected and the club are now saying they expect he will only be fit after the international break, which comes after the Ipswich game.”
Ex will be keeping fans up to date on the situation as it develops, on Patreon.
