West Ham have every chance of securing their top Vladimir Coufal replacement thanks to unique advantage.

Multi club ownership is something that’s becoming more and more frequent in football, but it does come with its fair share of complications, particularly when the two clubs enter the same competition.

However, there are some real benefits to the clubs, particularly over the ease of transferring players – Manchester City saw it with Savinho. Now, West Ham may finally get to benefit from the fact that Daniel Kretinsky owns a sizable chunk of the Hammers as well as Sparta Prague.

According to TBR Football, the East London side have no intention of extending Vladimir Coufal’s contract beyond the Summer and they’ve already lined up a replacement from the Czech side in Angelo Preciado.

On paper, the Ecuadorian should suit Julen Lopetegui’s system perfectly. He’s an attacking right-back who’s brilliant on the ball and has brilliant passing abilities.

Obviously, he’s not an up and coming youngster at 26-years-old, but he should be approaching his prime. Despite playing in the Champions League, he’s never competed at a particularly high level in terms of league, playing in Belgium before moving to Sparta. Luckily, we’ve seen how well both Soucek and Coufal adapted when coming from the Czech league, so that should not be a huge concern.
