Former West Ham manager David Moyes has been linked with a move to a Premier League side.
David Moyes departure still is, and will continue to be, a hot topic surrounding West Ham. Getting rid of him could go either way; either they’re able to kick on to the next level, or they’ll live in regret of what they once had.
Since leaving, the Scotsman has been very open about the fact that he’s had plenty of offers to take over at clubs and countries, but he hasn’t received the right opportunity yet.
However, it would be a shock if he rejected the chance of taking over at a Premier League club once again, with one of the Hammers’ London rivals said to be keen on taking him on.
According to a report from Caught Offside, Crystal Palace are considering Moyes as a replacement to Oliver Glasner in the event he’s sacked.
The German had an incredible start to life in South London, but after losing some crucial players in the Summer his side have not won any of their opening 7 Premier League fixtures.
If there’s one thing Moyes brings, it’s stability. What he’d be able to achieve with Palace is unknown, but he would almost certainly keep them up.
Seeing him at another Premier League side would be bittersweet for many fans, but seeing him succeed could be frustrating depending on how well the Hammers do.
