The West Ham Way is fully behind the Ironworks Alliance mission to improve the atmosphere at the London Stadium.
It’s been the home of West Ham now since 2016 following an emotional farewell to the Boleyn Ground, our beloved former home at Upton Park. However, since the move there has been changes made to improve the experience for fans at the former Olympic Stadium.
Now Ironworks Alliance is shifting the focus to the atmosphere, with a mission to improve the impact fans can have on what is happening on the pitch.
Their statement outlines the vision they have to improve our home ground, making it a fortress and one others will dread visiting.
Ironworks Alliance is a group of passionate West Ham fans who came together in 2022 with one goal: to boost the matchday atmosphere. We believe that when like-minded supporters come together, we can create an environment that truly reflects the spirit of the club.
Our focus is simple—bringing together fans who want to make some noise and give our team that extra push on game day. We’re here to help everyone in the stadium feel more connected, more vocal, and more involved in supporting West Ham.
We also plan to organise fan-funded displays for big matches. These displays are our way of showing off our pride, history, and identity as West Ham supporters. Whether it’s a banner, flag, or a mosaic, we want to create moments that everyone in the stadium can be proud of.
At the end of the day, Ironworks Alliance is about being part of something bigger. We’re a group of fans who love West Ham and want to make every matchday special. If you feel the same way, we’d love for you to join us.
We at The West Ham Way encourage fans to join Ironworks Alliance, which you can do by clicking here.
Ironworks Alliance are seeking funding to help make their impact felt at our home fixture against Arsenal on 30th November, with a GoFundMe page available for Hammers fans to help the cause.
