West Ham have been urged to bring in a Premier League manager who “will leave” his current club.

Julen Lopetegui’s time at West Ham could be shortly coming to an end. When following on from one of the club’s most successful managers, expectations were always going to be high, but Lopetegui doesn’t look like he will live up to any of them.

With pressure growing, the Hammers are said to be looking at a number of replacements in the event that he does not turn things around.

According to Jason Cundy though, the Irons must go for Fulham manager Marco Silva, and he is convinced his leave his current club in order to sign for West Ham.

“West Ham fans, listening to this now, if they want Marco Silva and they are prepared to pay him, he will leave Fulham to go to West Ham,” he said on talkSPORT

Due to his time at Everton, many are sceptical of whether or not he’d be able to do a good enough job at West Ham, but if his time at the other side of London is anything to go by then he’d be an unbelievable appointment.

Silva has got a clear style of play, a likeable character, and a happy dressing room – all the ingredients to success.
