Mohammed Kudus is reportedly looking to leave West Ham as soon as possible.

It’s a miracle that West Ham managed to sign a player of Mohammed Kudus’ quality with little to no challenge. Despite clearly having potential to improve, he’s already performing at a standard that would see him break in the starting XI of most Premier League sides.

However, it seems like his stay in East London could end up being relatively short lived as Sky Sports Switzerland has reported that the Ghanaian is keen on moving away from the club.

Not only does the report claim that he is unhappy with life under Julen Lopetegui, but he’s also frustrated with the higher hierarchy of the club. He is said to be baffled how the club has had any success with its current set up.

Above all else, Kudus wants to play at a higher level than he is experiencing at West Ham currently – something he could have done in claret and blue had the owners shown more ambition when recruiting a new manager.

The report concludes by mentioning Liverpool and Arsenal’s interest, but says they’re both unwilling to meet his £85 million release clause. If this is the case, then it’s likely he will have no choice but to stay at the London Stadium; it’s hard to imagine a world where the Irons let him go for less than that.
