West Ham could sign Chelsea prospect who’s desperate to leave in January.
Despite having one of the biggest transfer windows in their history, it’s clear West Ham need to improve their squad still.
With Lucas Paqueta’s future still being up in the air ahead of his hearing, the Hammers are said to be looking at bringing in an attacking midfielder to replace him in the event he does get banned.
Some reports have suggested that they could sign Carney Chukwuemeka this January, with a potential loan option being explored. The midfielder is yet to feature in a Premier League match this season, causing him to push for a move away.
This is a signing that could really benefit our Irons, He’s young, hungry, desperate to play, and would provide some energy in midfield. While not the fastest, he makes up for it with his work rate, and is a sensational ball carrier.
At just 21-years-old, signing him permanently could be a really solid investment for the future too, and he’s got a fair amount of Premier League experience to suggest that he may be able to hit the ground running. A loan deal would really be ideal so that we can truly assess where he’s at.
