Arsenal are not deterred by massive asking price for West Ham star.

From the moment he scored his first West Ham goal against Newcastle, it was clear that Mohammed Kudus wasn’t going to be at the London Stadium very long.

With his release clause of around £80 million said to be coming into effect in the Summer, this could be the last season we see Kudus in claret and blue.

However, reports claim that his time at West Ham could be up as early as January, with Arsenal said to be willing to bid a large sum for his services.

Although it’s not out of the question, I find it hard to believe Arsenal will have the £80 million that the Hammers will demand in January. If they do though, and Kudus wishes to leave, then it would be foolish of us to stand in his way. He’s not exactly taken the world by storm this season, and he’s definitely not shown the improvements many hoped he would in a more possession based system.
