West Ham appear to be close to securing Graham Potter as the clubs Head Coach, it’s been reported by ExWHUEmployee.

The club insider has revealed that although not yet agreed, it appears the former Brighton boss is looking likely to agree to a move to east London to replace Julen Lopetegui.

“Talks have continued with Graham Potter   and he is on the brink of taking over from Lopetegui,” stated Ex on The West Ham Way Patreon. “A decision should be confirmed on the manager by the end of day but it is looking more and more likely that Potter will take the reins-this is something we have reported for a while now.

“It does appear at this stage that conversations with Lopetegui have not yet happened and these are likely to happen tomorrow should Potter agree to the move.

“It appears that Potter has asked for certain things to be agreed before he officially signs the contract. The length of contract has also been up for discussion with the club preferring a short term 6 month contract initially but there has been some talks over this too.

“There is also some speculation that Everton could move for Potter if they sack Dyche so this may have sped up the decision process.”

Ex will keep fans up to date on the situation as it develops.
