West Ham encouraged to sign despised midfielder from a Premier League rival.

Despite Alvarez, Soler, and Paqueta all playing rather well under Graham Potter so far, it’s clear that West Ham still lack someone to mop up in midfield.

West Ham legend and our good friend Martin Allen believes Wolves star Lemina is the man to do this.  “Then not so long ago, the captain of Wolves had a dust-up on the pitch with Jarrod Bowen, Lemina,” Allen told West Ham Zone.

“I like his arrogance, I like his attitude, I like his aggression, he’s mobile and I would try and sign him to play in front of the back four. “

“All of a sudden I think you have a much stronger team.“

Although I agree that he is a great player, aggression isn’t something the Hammers particularly lack in – in fact it’s something they need to tone down on.

His attitude problems are not something we need at the club, especially considering his altercation with our captain. Plus there’s the fact that he’s 31-years-old, considering we should be targeting younger players it’s hard to justify the large sum Wolves would surely demand.
