West Ham’s current Technical Director Tim Steidten appears to be heading towards the exit from the club, its been reported by ExWHUEmployee.
Stediten joined the club back in July 2023, however it appears his time is nearing an end following the appointment of Kyle Macaulay to join his long term ally Graham Potter, who took over as Head Coach from Julen Lopetegui.
Macaulay is set to commence work in east London this week, having finalised his exit from London rivals Chelsea, then start work on building a squad capable of success under Potter.
“The club look set to finalise the move for Kyle Macauley with him ready to start work this week,” stated Ex on The West Ham Way Patreon. “Tim Steidten at the moment, still remains at the club although his role and influence is said to have been massively reduced.
“It is thought that he is currently looking for alternative employment and could possibly walk or be pushed out in the next coming weeks.”
