According to Telegraaf, Ajax striker Brian Brobbey is in London amid links to West Ham United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Everton.

The Dutchman has been heavily linked to a move to West Ham United this week. The player has apparently agreed terms, but terms cannot be agreed with his club. However, the 22-year-old is keen to make a move to the Premier League.

Ajax would only loan him out with an obligation to buy and West Ham do not want to commit themselves to that as there are players ahead of him on Graham Potter’s shortlist.

The Amsterdam outfit are also reportedly demanding a fee of £25m + £5m in add-ons to make the move happen, and that’s just not something that makes sense for the Hammers at the moment.

It also doesn’t make much sense for Tottenham Hotspur to make a move with these conditions with Dominic Solanke, Richarlison and Heung-min Son likely to be ahead of Brobbey in the pecking order if he was to sign. A move to Everton would make more sense with Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s constant fitness troubles and Beto’s lack of form.

However, with Everton’s financial problems, Tottenham’s lack of need for a striker, and West Ham’s desire to spend money on the right striker this time. Brian Brobbey is very likely to remain in Amsterdam.

The Hammers remain in talks with RB Leipzig for the signing of their striker Andre Silva who is available on loan with just an option to buy, making it much more appealing for Graham Potter.
