West Ham are looking at two new striker options, its been exclusively reported by ExWHUEmployee.

The club insider has advised that while talks are ongoing in a positive manner with Brighton surrounding a potential deal for Evan Ferguson, the club have identified other striker options.

“West Ham are said to be in for two more young forwards,” stated Ex on The West Ham Way Patreon, “The first is Celtic youngster Daniel Cummings: he has many clubs in for him but we are doing our best to convince him to join the club.

“There are a number of clubs including Sunderland and Portsmouth who are keen on the player and his current club Celtic are trying to convince him to sign a new deal at the club. Cummings contract is up at the end of the season would be free to move but compensation would be due to Celtic.

“The other young forward being tracked but someone who is more established is Eli Junior Kroupi of Fc Lorient. The 18 year old has scored 8 goals in 16 games in the French second division. He is a highly rated French Under 19s international. Bournemouth are said to have held advanced talks with the player and he has been monitored by Chelsea and Spurs.

“The club are still pushing to sign Evan Ferguson from Brighton but could turn to Kroupi if this move does not happen. The feeling was talks had gone well today but they are not agreed still and he may be considered for Brighton’s match day squad tomorrow. This will be interesting to keep an eye on.”
