West Ham have reportedly made the shock decision to sell wonderkid this Summer.

Tim Steidten made some questionable signings. Some players were clearly the wrong fit for West Ham, some were signed with his best interest in mind, but arguably the main reason Luis Guilherme was signed was to save the German’s back.

It took him 4 trips to Brazil to finally bring home a player, if he had left empty handed then questions may have started to be raised sooner.

Despite some promising cameo performances, Guilherme has struggled to earn himself consistent minutes. As a result, it’s been claimed that the club have made a decision to sell him this Summer.

Although we almost certainly overpaid, in my eyes it’s futile getting rid of him now. He’s shown some good signs and he could still end up being the world beater we hoped for.
