West Ham join the race for young attacking midfielder prospect,
With Lucas Paqueta’s future still far from certain, and Mohammed Kudus still likely to leave, West Ham will desperately need a top quality attacking midfielder in the Summer transfer window.
Replacing two players of that quality is a hard task though, and they will have to make a big signing in order to do so successfully.
Thankfully, they’re reportedly looking at some of Europe’s most exciting prospects, including Shakhtar Donetsk’s Sudakov.
The 22-year-old has really made a name for himself in Ukraine, and has attracted the likes of AC Milan and Manchester City.
As a result, signing him won’t be easy, especially given that he is set to cost around £54 million.
If our Irons did manage to pull the signing off, it would be a real statement of intent. While he hasn’t proved himself in the top leagues, he’s done it in the Champions League. Securing his signature would make losing the two previously mentioned players hurt a lot less.
