West Ham are making a habit of denting Arsenals hopes of a Premier League title.

It is in fact now the 3rd season on the bounce in which West Ham have arrived to disrupt plans in north London, following what was a stunning win yesterday to all-but end their title hopes again.

The West Ham Way Podcast duo Dave Walker and ExWHUEmployee were both understandably delighted with the result, and of course performance, in what was a masterclass from Graham Potter.

“What a day that was,” said Walker after the win. “Beating them on their own patch and derailing their title hopes AGAIN is a beautiful thing….defensively we were incredible with some stand out performances.

“Very proud of the boys and well done to the gaffer, a massive three points.”

Ex agreed with his co-host, who highlighted the outstanding display from Academy of Football graduate Ollie Scarles.

It was a brilliant performance defensively. Thought we look solid across the 5 where special praise should be given to youngster Ollie Scarles who looks so composed at left back and Aaron Cresswell who despite being 35 showed that he can still turn in top PL performances. It was good to see Kudus working as hard as he did too. A really great away day!
