Taylor Harwood-Bellis has switched agents to give a big indication he’s heading to east London this summer.

The Southampton centre back is reported to be a target for the club, with the player having been previously linked when he was at Manchester City – where he came through their academy.

The chances of West Ham landing the England international in the summer transfer window have now taken a big increase, with it now understood he’s switched his agent to Will Salthouse.

Salthouse is well known to be an agent the club have favoured to work with previously, so the move to become a client of the agent gives an indication that Harwood-Bellis could be set on a move to West Ham.

Reporting on The West Ham Way Podcast, our club insider advised that the club have watched the centre-back.

“We are very interested in Taylor Harwood Bellis,” stated Ex. “We have been interested in the player previously as we reported and we have also watched him numerous times.

“It could be the case that the club move Mavropanos on in the summer, and will move for Harwood-Bellis – especially with Southampton set for relegation.”
