West Ham are set for a squad overhaul this summer, with ExWHUEmployee advising the latest on player departures.

Since the arrival of Graham Potter in January to replace the incredibly disappointing Julen Lopetegui, it was widely expected that Potter would drive a significant period of change, especially with his now Head of Recruitment Kyle Macaulay joining him in east London.

Reporting on The West Ham Way Patreon, our club insider Ex has advised that there are a number of player understood to be heading for the exit this summer.

“It is thought that certain players, including Danny Ings will leave in the summer at the end of his deal,” stated Ex. “Decisions have yet to be finalised on the futures of: Fabianski, Cresswell, Coufal and Antonio whose deals are also up.

“The club are prepared to listen to offers for Brazilian youngster Guilherme as well as Guido Rodriquez. Mavropanos and Emerson could have offers considered, especially if the club chose to continue their interest in Kyle Walker-Peters who should be available for a free from Southampton.

“The club will also consider offers for German forward Niclas Fullkrug with his former club Dortmund apparently keeping an eye on the situation too.

“Andy Irving is another whose future appears uncertain. A decision will also be made on Nayef Aguerd’s future with a number of Spanish teams keen. Tomas Soucek is apparently wanting to stay at the club but former manager David Moyes is very keen to bring him to Everton so it will be interesting to see if they do make an offer what the club chose to do.

“It is thought that Graham Potter however wants to keep James Ward-Prowse around the squad. Of course none of these departures are confirmed and these players will already be aware that they are playing for their futures.”

Furthermore, there is a suggestion now that Al-Nassr FC in the Saudi Pro League are set to make a significant bid for Mohammed Kudus this summer, believed to be in the region of his release clause of £85m – which if received, would most likely see the Ghana star leave the club, which in turn would create a significant boost to the clubs transfer war chest this summer.
