West Ham will not punish Niclas Fullkrug for post-match fury.

Confidence amongst West Ham fans is at an all time low. It feels like there’s not a team on the planet that couldn’t give the Hammers a run for their money.

Their recent draw at home to Southampton was perhaps the most infuriating game in a season of frustrating performances. Not only dropping points, but also being outplayed by a team that could still go down as the worst in Premier League history is unacceptable – a sentiment that Niclas Fullkrug was keen to share.

In his post-match interview he said the Irons “played sh*t” amongst many other harsh truths.

Sky Sports tried to push a narrative that he’d done something awful, but it backfired massively when over 90% of people voted that he was right to say what he said.

While the majority of fans would agree that he was right to say what he said, there was a bit of concern that he’d face punishment for his comments. Fortunately, reports have confirmed that this will not be the case and that he will be available to play against Brighton this weekend.
