West Ham will not sell Jarrod Bowen under any circumstances this Summer.
Having lost Mark Noble, then Declan Rice, followed by Kurt Zouma, West Ham have started a worrying pattern of getting rid of their captains. Having made Jarrod Bowen captain at the start of the season, Hammers fans are starting to get concerned over his future given that he’s reportedly attracting interest from across the Premier League.
Thankfully, the idea of selling Bowen has been categorically denied by the club according to various reports. Liverpool, Newcastle, and Tottenham are all said to be eyeing up a move, with them all willing to pay up to £60 million.
Given his long-term contract and his importance to the club, £60 million wouldn’t be anywhere near enough. Even at £100 million, the club would seriously have to consider whether it would be worth it.
Bowen is one of very few players who has consistently shown that he’s got the heart and ability to play for this club, selling him at any price would be catastrophic and would probably lead to our relegation next season.
