West Ham are looking for data analysts to join the club to help with the recruitment this summer.
As has been reported previously and exclusively by ExWHUEmployee last week, the club are eager to support the Hammers boss ahead of a hugely significant transfer window where there is expected to be a squad overhaul.
“West Ham United Football Club is seeking a highly motivated and detail-driven Recruitment Support Analyst to join the First Team Recruitment Department,” said the job advertisement. “This role is integral to enhancing our scouting and recruitment operations by providing technical, analytical, and logistical support.
“It offers a unique opportunity to work within a Premier League environment and gain hands-on experience with the latest recruitment technologies, including AI and machine learning applications.”
There is also a clear urgency from the club surrounding the role, with a deadline of next Tuesday in place for applicants.
“The deadline for applications is 5pm Tuesday 20th May 2025,” it added. “Please note that the vacancy may close early if there is a high volume of applicants.”
Ex confirmed that this was the case now as the club look to provide Potter & Macaulay with the best possible support, as pressure builds on the significance of the window.
“As I’d reported, the club are looking at brining in scouts and data analysts as we build the recruitment team for this summer.”
