West Ham board make big decision on Graham Potter’s future following poor run of form.

Getting rid of David Moyes has, so far, been a disaster. Julen Lopetegui was never the right man for the job, now Graham Potter has been left trying to piece together the fractured squad that the Spaniard left him.

Unfortunately, things haven’t got any better under Potter as of yet, with them currently on an eight-game winless run.

As a result, some fans are already starting to turn on the gaffer, with them wanting a change as soon as possible in order to not waste another Summer window.

However, Hammers News report that this will not be happening. They revealed that the owners said: “We still 100 per cent believe in him,”

While it is understandable as to why some people aren’t having Potter, it’s only fair he gets a full Summer and preseason. The squad needs to be almost entirely rebuilt, and that’s not going to be an easy task. It does present a brilliant opportunity though for him to craft the team he desires in a short space of time. He simply must take advantage of this.
