West Ham have had a slow start to the transfer window, but there is some good things for Hammers fans to look forward to this summer.

Graham Potter and Kyle Macauley haven’t quite had the start to the transfer window as they had hoped, we are strapped of cash and have to sell before we can buy, and no one has been sold yet, so we haven’t been able to bring new players in.

This has made a big percentage of the Hammers fanbase nervous about the season ahead because we have so much to do this summer. However, one positive to come from this transfer window so far is what looks set to be a new and exciting transfer strategy.

Graham Potter wants to bring in more younger, faster, and athletic players to the club, especially in midfield, where we have really lacked legs since Declan Rice left. Some pf the talents that are on the radar of the club are Genoa’s Morten Frendup, Club Brugge duo Ardon Jashari and Raphael Onyedika, RB Salzburg’s Mamady Diambou, and Anderlecht’s Mario Stroeykens.

These are all players that would add a completely new dynamic to the West Ham dressing room and on the pitch, and that is exactly what we need to do to change our fortunes around ahead of 25/26.
