West Ham need to have a good transfer window this summer, or they could be under real relegation threat next season.
The 24/25 season was one of the worst seasons in recent history for West Ham fans, we were awful, but there wasn’t even a relegation battle to keep us hooked because the three relegated sides were so much worse.
But next season will be different, I can see Leeds and Burnley being able to put up much more of fight to stay in the top flight, and that could mean danger for West Ham United.
The Hammers got statistically worse after Graham Potter came in, but you can see he has a much more sustainable style that Lopetegui had. If we sign the right players, I am confident Potter can implement his tactics and make us a good side.
However, if we don’t sign the right players, which looks likely at the moment due to our lack of funds, we could be just as bad as we were this season and that could be fatal.
We better hope and pray that a decent offers come in for players like Mohammed Kudus, Edson Alvarez and Nayef Aguerd to raise some funds to spend on the players Potter wants in his squad.
