Chelsea goalkeeper banished to youth team as West Ham close in on deal.

When you concede as many goals as West Ham have over two seasons, you can’t not at least question the goalkeepers. Unfortunately, the better of the two Hammers keepers, statistically – Lukasz Fabianski – is leaving the club.

While Areola pulls off some incredible saves, he makes far too many mistakes and has no real command of his backline.

As a result, the Irons are keen to add some reinforcements in between the sticks, with Chelsea’s Petrovic said to be leading the line.

According to reports, the shot stopper has been far from happy in West London, and he’s now been banished to train with the youth team.

If this is the case, this is brilliant news in terms of our chances of securing a deal. Hopefully, Chelsea will consider letting him go on the cheap due to these recent issues.
