West Ham are continuing talks over Harvey Elliot and Tyler Morton, with ExWHUEmployee updating & advising on the link to Jack Grealish.

Following the sale of Mohammed Kudus, West Ham are now up and running in terms of pushing to bring in new players this summer, as well as working to offload further players deemed surplus to requirements under Graham Potter this season.

It was exclusively reported earlier that Kyle Walker-Peters is set for a move to east London, with the player opting to turn down a move to Besiktas.

It’s now understood that talks are continuing for other targets, with Liverpool duo Harvey Elliot and Tyler Morton.

As reported previously, Potter is a huge admirer of both Elliot and Morton, with both likely to depart Merseyside this summer.

Reporting on The West Ham Way Podcast, Ex has advised that there is hope that a deal can be achieved for Elliot, with talks ongoing at present.

“West Ham are said to trying to move the Harvey Elliot deal on in these next few days,” stated Ex. “We have been in talks all week and there is hope a deal could be achieved. Talks will continue to try and get a solution in the coming days.

“Tyler Morton is also a definite target that we are in discussions with.”

Furthermore Ex has shed light on the reported interest in Jack Grealish, with it understood that both Potter and the plater could be open to the move.

“It has been reported in the press that Jack Grealish could be on our radar,” added Ex. “I am under the impression that Potter likes the player and he would be keen on a loan move to us.

“However, like the Elliott deal the finances involved are beyond our means and would require a lot of compromise on the wages and loan fee for example.”
