West Ham are continuing talks for Harvey Elliot and Tyler Morton, with ExWHUEmployee providing an update.
As the Hammers transfer window now suddenly feels alive and kicking, the club are pushing on with both bringing in and offloading players ahead of the new season.
As has been reported exclusively, the club have agreed a deal with Kyle Walker-Peters, who is now set to undergo a medical ahead of his move to east London.
Talks are ongoing with Liverpool for both Harvey Elliot and Tyler Morton, with a possibility that a double deal could be achieved, although as yet nothing has been agreed between both clubs.
“We are now thought to turn our attention to a midfielder and a goalkeeper now with a forward also remaining a priority,” stated Ex on The West Ham Way Patreon.
“As we have covered on Patreon this week we have been really pushing to try and make progress with Liverpool player Harvey Elliott. The terms of the transfer have been in negotiation all week and some progress has been made although the terms are still not agreeable, we have also explored the option of a loan.
“Elliott is said to have a number of options available to him and is thought to want European football although this isn’t a deal breaker.
“We believe that Tyler Morton is one target. It is thought Liverpool may be prepared to accept a £55m double deal for the two players (Elliott and Morton) but this is yet to be fully tested. The two are expected to go on tour with Liverpool in the coming days.”
