West Ham could sign Southampton star for just £20 million.

While West Ham’s first preseason match ended in victory, it certainly highlighted some weaknesses in the squad.

Unfortunately, the majority of these were already known but have yet to be addressed. In particular the midfield being awful, and a defence that lacks that Zouma/Dawson/Ogbonna style player who will put absolutely everything on the line, as well as use their experience to their advantage.

Despite being just 23-years-old, Taylor Harwood-Bellis has an incredible amount of experience for his age, and he has that attitude that the mentioned players had.

Although he’s not believed to be the top priority he once was, reports have claimed that the Irons are still keen on securing his signature this Summer.

Interestingly, he could be allowed to leave for as little as £20 million, a fair price for someone of his age and talent.

He might not be that absolute bargain that the club have been looking for, but £20 million is good value for their money.
