West Ham have appointed former England youth coach Greg Lincoln as Head of Coaching and Player Development, its been reported by ExWHUEmployee.
As part of the clubs continued push to develop our Academy of Football, the former Arsenal player and coach is set to take up the new position in September, with our insider exclusively reporting the news on The West Ham Way Patreon.
“We can exclusively real that Greg Lincoln has been appointed as Head of Coaching and Player Development in the Academy,” stated Ex.
“Greg will replace Kalam Mooniaruck who will take up a role with England.
“Greg Lincoln coincidentally leaves his role as England under 17s coach to take up the position on the 1st September.”
Lincoln has previously worked as a coach at within Arsenals youth team and has held positions within Englands U16 & U17 sides, with the Fa announcing he was leaving to ‘explore new coaching and leadership opportunities within the game’.
