West Ham eye Arsenal man to kickstart midfield rebuild.

Bar a goalkeeper, the biggest priority this Summer has to be sorting the midfield. Both attacking and defensive midfielders need to be brought in ideally, but it feels like the club is linked with a new one every day.

The latest name to spin round the rumour mill is Arsenal’s Fabio Vieria. The Portuguese man spent last season on loan at Porto after becoming surplus to requirements at the Emirates.

In 33 Premier League appearances he has managed 4 goals and 2 assists. While not great numbers, it’s important to remember that he was used largely as a rotation player with him not often getting a solid run of games.

Although he would be far from my first choice, for the right price, I do think he is a decent option especially due to his great passing range.
