Jarrod Bowen is undoubtedly West Ham’s best player, and perhaps even their best signing in the Premier League era. While he seems to just get better and better, his only downside is his age. He may be in his prime, but he’s coming up to 29-years-old, an age where he could start tailing off in just a matter of a few years.

Given how important he is, it’s vital that the club start preparing someone who can learn from him and follow in his footsteps.

The Scottish attacker spent last season on loan at Middlesbrough, where he managed an impressive 10 goal involvements in 24 games.
