West Ham have a firm date in mind as to when fans can expect to see Crysencio Summerville return from injury.

The Dutchman has been out of action since January, having picked up a hamstring injury on Graham Potters first game in charge.

It has been a far longer spell on the sidelines that most would have anticipated, with many excited to see they player back as an option for Potter when he finally overcomes the long-term injury.

Reporting on The West Ham Way Patreon exclusively, out insider Ex has advised that the club now have a date set for when they expect to have the talented winger back available.

“We asked sources at the club for an update on the fitness and return date of Dutch winger Crysencio Summerville,” stated Ex.

“The answer we got back from two different sources was that “If things go to plan after the international break”. The international break comes after the Nottingham Forest game on the 31st August. This means his first game could be the home match against Spurs on the 13th September.

“These injury updates do have to be taken with an element of skepticism because the club are often quite cautious in their estimations on precious experience but this is the official word for now.”
