Mohammed Kudus could be in for a tough time as he returns to the London Stadium with Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.

Mohammed Kudus has received a lot of stick from West Ham fans this summer after pushing through a £55m move to Tottenham. Fans were unhappy that he wanted to join our rivals, but were also unhappy about the fee received, he will almost certainly go on to be worth a lot more than that.

West Ham fans have already shown their thoughts on Kudus making the switch to North London. A flag labelled ‘Judus’ with the Ghanaians face on a snake was spotted in Sunderland before our first game of the season against the Black Cats.

The former Ajax man will certainly be subject to boos around the London Stadium on Saturday. Declan Rice has received boos from sections of the stadium before, but Kudus will likely receive them from all corners of the ground.

While I do understand why Kudus wanted to move to Spurs, with Thomas Frank in charge and Champions League football, you can’t leave West Ham for Spurs and not be booed for it.

Hopefully, we can boo Kudus and it doesn’t come back to bite us. It would be typical West Ham fashion for the 24-year-old to have his best ever performance at the London Stadium against us at the weekend, but lets hope that isn’t the case.

This is a massive game for Graham Potter and the board. A win would get the fans well and truly back onside. While a defeat would take us back to the lows of before the Nottingham Forest win.
