Michail Antonio appears to at present have cut ties with West Ham, it has been reported by ExWHUEmployee.

The clubs current Premier League record goalscorer saw his contract expire at the end of last season, with West Ham offering a short term ‘pay as you play’ deal with a basic wage, to be in place during his recovery from a car accident.

Antonio opted to reject the offer from the club, however it had been reported previously that Antonio was training and also featuring for the club at the Academy, to help with his fitness while he looks at options for his future,

It’s now been reported by ExWHUEmployee that the player has not been present of late at the club, signalling that he may well now have cut ties with the club he joined from Nottingham Forest back in 2015.

“Antonio has not been at the club for a while now,” stated Ex on The West Ham Way Podcast. “It suggest that he may well now have cut ties and is looking at his next career move.

“The fact though there has been no announcement from the club also suggests that maybe the door is not closed, with it being suggested previously that another position at the club for Antonio may be in the pipeline.”
