West Ham are looking on course to bring in the son of Kevin Keen to take over as U18’s manager, its been reported by ExWHUEmployee.
It’s been a period of somewhat turmoil at the club, following the dismissal of Graham Potter and his team, which has seen Nuno Espirito Santo come in and in turn promote the likes of Steve Potts and Mark Robson to his first team setup.
Changes at the club also saw Lauris Coggin depart from his role as U18 boss, which now the club are looking to appoint a replacement, with Eddie Keen reported by our insider to be in the running to land the post.
“West Ham look set to appoint Kevin Keen’s son Eddie to the under 18s management position,” stated Ex on The West Ham Way Patreon. “Whilst this isn’t confirmed he is thought to be the front runner for the job to replace Lauris Coggin.
“Eddie Keen currently works as the Lead under 18s coach at Colchester United having also worked at Brentford in a similar role, previously to that.
“There will also be changes in the under 21s staff with now Steve Potts and Mark Robson have been appointed as first team coaches.”
