West Ham must take advantage of promising run of games if they are to stay up.
While he’s yet to get a win, there have been some exciting signs in Nuno’s first two games as West Ham manager, particularly the Everton match.
With an international break to fully get into the swing of things though, the Portuguese gaffer and his team must come out all guns blazing to take advantage of some winnable games. Their first game back is Brentford at home, followed by Leeds away, then both Newcastle and Burnley visit the London Stadium.
It’s a vital time for the Hammers to start picking up points. If they don’t they could soon find a gap between them and safety. If they can pick up 9 points in those four games that would be great, but in my mind there should be no less than 7 if we’re to turn this season around.
Three of those teams are set to be relegation rivals, if we can’t beat them then we’re in serious trouble.
