West Ham’s Crysencio Summerville is so close to being the winger they’ve been crying out for.

As any West Ham fan will tell you, Jarrod Bowen is perhaps the biggest victim of not playing for a “big 6” side. If he was putting in the kind of performances as regularly as he does for one of those clubs, he’d be getting the plaudits he deserves.

However, Crysencio Summerville has the potential to offer just as much on the left wing too. Like Bowen, he’s direct and tricky to get the ball off, but he has that pace that the Englishman lacks.

Unfortunately for Summerville, he lacks what makes Bowen so great; end product.

Quite often, the Dutchman’s decision making is completely wrong, and he seems to lack composure when it matters.

While he’s doing great at creating space, getting into good positions out of nothing, if he could just add that bit of clinical finishing/incisive passing, he could be a really special player for the Hammers.
